Returns Policy

Cancellation & Returns

Blazewear offers a 'No Quibble Guarantee' on all purchases. This means anything brought can be returned as long as it has not been worn. You can cancel our contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email or write to us first giving reason for cancellation.

Blazewear does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.

If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund. Please note that insoles cannot be returned if they have been cut to size. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If returning items, care should be taken not to damage the goods or the packaging. We may charge for goods or packaging that has been damaged and which subsequently cannot be reused.

When returning goods, please send us an email first giving reason for the return and when returning please enclose a not for our warehouse giving reason for the return and stating clearly the required action so we can deal with your return quickly and efficiently.

For UK customers, take the parcel to the post office. We advise that you use the "Standard Parcel delivery service" with the extra compensation option if the goods exceed the value of £30.00 ( this option should only cost approximately 45p and will ensure you will be compensated in full should your parcel go missing).

Please ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

Blazewear is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.

For any replacement, we will process your request within 48 hours. However, please allow 7 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
