How it all works

Blazewear heated clothes are heated by our brilliant EXR-10 heating system consisting of 3 cloth-shape structures sewn into the lining in the back and also now the front of our garments. It is soft, flexible and emits heat evenly. It has the advantage of being non-metallic and easily powered by both DC and AC voltage. The heating elements are durable, flexible, secure, stable and high strength.

The heating element will not be damaged if you bend or twist it while in use. It has high heat transfer efficiency, low power consumption and low EMI (Electromagnetic Interference), and has far Infrared function. It is also waterproof which makes the garments easy to clean.

The rechargeable battery set has no memory effect. It can be recharged more than 500 times without complete discharging and takes approximately 3 hours to charge with our standard charger. There is a standard 2200mAh battery and also a double capacity 4400mAh version (see picture below) for twice the heating time.
