The rug is great and much more hardwearing than many other therapy rugs on the market. The battery and instructions are easy to use and understand. The patches heat up really quickly to a good heat which is easily adjusted. The patches are in good places the only thing would be if there was ever any chance to add some more strips of heat along the spine area where the saddle would sit and in the lumbar area as this area often requires physio work.
