TriZone Heat Technology

Designed for even heat distribution and optimum heat, TriZone Heat Technology comprises heating elements that integrate flexible carbon fibres, all of which are the thickness of a single hair.

Generating heat in seconds, the elements can be bent and compressed without affecting their integrity or performance. These vital properties allow our products to be used with complete freedom of movement, so they never compromise your performance.

ThermoliteⓇ Core Technology

Jackets and Gilets in our Explorer and Traveller ranges benefit from THERMOLITE® CORE technology – functional insulation designed for built-in lightweight warmth, comfort, freedom of movement and durability.

Engineered to keep the wearer warmer for longer, hollow-core fibres trap air for greater insulation and moisture is rapidly wicked away from the skin to the surface of the fabric.

Heated Jackets and Gilets

To maximise the effectiveness of TriZone Heat Technology, we incorporate three heating elements into each jacket or gilet. The elements are positioned in zones across the chest and back, which ensures optimal rise in core body temperature.

The technology in our jackets and gilets is powered by a 5V USB power bank - a compact, low voltage, extended- life battery. The stainless-steel lithium ion battery incorporates an adjustable controller with a built-in thermostat and LED indicator that provides three levels of heat at temperatures ranging from 38-55°C, for up to 13 hours.

With a 2.1 amp output, the power bank can also be used to charge your mobile device and has sufficient capacity to charge a mobile up to 20 times. The power bank can be charged from any USB port such as a laptop, desktop computer or USB mains plug.

Heated Base Layers

TriZone heating elements are positioned across the hips and knees on our base layer pants, and across the stomach and back on our base layer tops.

The heating technology in our base layers is powered by a rechargeable 7.4V lithium-ion battery. The battery incorporates an adjustable controller with built-in thermostat that provides three levels of heat, for up to six hours, at temperatures ranging from 38-55°C. On each garment, a button with a three-colour LED indicator allows you to easily adjust or turn off heat.

FIR (Far Infrared Rays) Heat Technology

Our heat therapy range is designed with advanced therapeutic deep tissue heat technology utilising FIR (Far Infrared Rays).

FIR delivers targeted, deep penetrating heat that provides effective relief from ailments such as Raynaud's Syndrome, Arthritis, muscle strain and general joint stiffness, aches and pains. The technology is far more beneficial than traditional heat therapy such as heated grain bags, as these usually deliver surface heat only and for a short time, with low impact on the affected tissue.

The heating elements incorporated into our heat therapy range utilise advanced flexible carbon fibres, each the thickness of a single hair. Generating heat in seconds, the elements can be bent and curved without compromising their integrity.

All products in our heat therapy range are powered by a rechargeable 7.4V lithium-ion battery. The battery incorporates an adjustable controller with built-in thermostat that provides three levels of heat at temperatures ranging from 38-55°C, for up to 6.5 hours of heat. A button on the products with a three-colour LED indicator allows you to easily adjust the heat, and all of our heat therapy products have a 30 minute timer so that they switch off automatically after half an hour.

Heated Gloves and Glove Liners

Utilising FIR (Far Infrared Rays) and flexible carbon fibre technologies, our gloves and glove liners integrate ultra thin heating elements that stretch from the back of the hand and along each fingertip.

Generating heat in seconds, the elements can be bent and compressed without compromising their integrity or performance. This enables you to move your hands freely. The range incorporates 3M Thinsulate™ insulation. Soft and compressible to ensure that movement and fit are not compromised, the insulation retains maximum heat whilst wicking away moisture. For optimum functionality, the thumb and index finger on each glove and glove liner are designed to be touch screen friendly, so you can use your mobile device whilst wearing them.
