As the Corona virus situation continues, it is affecting each of us in different ways and is likely to continue to do so over the coming weeks and months. Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been personally impacted, and we hope that you and your families are safe and well.

As a business, we have continued to monitor the situation, keeping the health and wellbeing of our customers, our team and our partners our top priority. Our team is small and we are fortunate to work in a spacious warehouse (keeping warm in our heated clothing of course.) For this reason, we will remain open and despatching your orders.

We are available for you to shop at www.blazewear.com and will continue to deliver the best possible service. Should you require any support, our customer team are here as always. You can reach them by emailing customerservice@blazewear.com where possible please try to email rather than phone. We aim to respond to all customer service enquiries within 48 hours. Monday - Friday 10am – 4pm. If we have not responded in this time, don’t panic - we will reply as soon as we possibly can!

What are you doing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19)
We have implemented several additional precautions to ensure our warehouses and offices are regularly cleaned and disinfected, as well as increased hand washing by our teams and adhering to social distancing at all times. Are deliveries effected?
We will continue to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We have a contactless collection from our delivery drivers to minimise risk. Orders placed by 3pm are despatched the same day Monday - Friday and delivery is usually withing 3-5 days via UPS. As many people turn to online ordering, there will be an influx of orders in the postal network, we ask you to be patient at this time as you can appreciate there may be some small delays, rest assured your parcel will reach you!
I need to return an item
Please return your item but allow us extra time to process any exchanges or refunds, we will process your orders as soon as we can during this time. Upon receiving your order we have to quarantine your item for 48 hours before handling it to ensure the safety of our team. Please allow upto 10 working days for us to process your returns/exchange request prior to contacting us.
