Take Care of Me
First class product and first class service. The faulty battery charger was replaced immediately and without argument. As a company, they are more interested in leaving a satisfied customer, than making a quick buck. Highly recommended.
These are without a doubt the best solution for cold hands. Like other reviewers I suffer from Raynaud's syndrome and ever ski trip has been marred by severe pain when my hand inevitably got cold. Over the years I have spent a fortune on gloves, all promising to keep my hand s warm - and failing. Heated outer gloves provided some relief but it was marginal and I still had problems on cold days. Then this year I used the active liners and YIPEE, warm hands. The battery life is pretty good but if you have Raynaud's I would suggest getting a spare set of batteries to carry on the slopes so you can change them if you are skiing all day. I got 3 and a half hours on medium heat. Customer service is fantastic and very helpful. Buy these gloves!
I suffer from cold hands on the slopes.. Everywhere else is OK.. I have tried all sorts of gloves and last season I bought a set of heated liners.. What can I say.. They work.. My hands don't get hot, they just stay at the right temperature... My only complaint.. a bigger compartment for the batteries
I have been looking for a solution for raynauds syndrome for a while as my fingers go cold, white and numb at the flick of a switch as I go into the cold.
I decided to try these liners and they work extremely well. They are simple to charge, not too bulky and work really well, the on/off heat control button is easy and clear to use and the heat runs right round your fingers which stops them going cold.
I have only had them for one day so I can’t comment on how long they’ll last, but they seem very well made and the packaging and instructions were extremely good too.
10/10 from me!
I bought a pair of active glove liners last year , which I was very happy with , but as they had developed a slight fault I contacted customer support . They immediately agreed to send me a new pair despite the other ones just being out of warranty. The new ones which I have just received are even better than my old ones . If you suffer from cold hands they are a godsend . I can’t recommend them highly enough and I now have both the travellers gloves and the glove liners . Very helpful customer support ! If you email them they will give a telephone no .
