CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you've successfully placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your order's journey.
I HAVE MISSED THE DELIVERY OF MY PARCEL
All items ordered before 2 pm GMT Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Our standard delivery timescales are 2-3 days. Your package must be signed for when it's delivered. Orders placed after 2 pm Monday to Friday or at the weekend will be processed the next working day. Should you not be in to receive your parcel and then fail to collect your parcel in time thus leading it to be returned back to us then you will need to contact us for the next steps. This will either be a full refund minus the postage cost or you would have to pay for postage again to resend the parcel.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR UK CUSTOMERS?
All items have the option at checkout for either a Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery or a UPS next day service. Any large orders will be sent with the UPS next day service. Please not that Tracked 48 is not a guaranteed 48 hour service and Royal Mail can experience delays especially in busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday. UPS can't guarantee a next day delivery to the Scottish Highlands, your order will be shipped on a next day service but it may take 2 working days for delivery.

All items ordered before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. All items are tracked, however delivery will depend on customs and your country of delivery. Orders placed after 2pm GMT Monday to Friday or at the weekend will be processed the next working day. Bills and Taxes are payable by the customer. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER CUSTOMS FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, ANY CUSTOMS FEES WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. SHOULD THE CUSTOMER REFUSE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES THEN THERE WILL BE A DEDUCTION ON THE REFUND TO COVER THE COST OF US SHIPPING THE PARCEL.
HOW HAS BREXIT EFFECTED MY DELIVERY?
Due to Brexit all international customers are now liable for customs and import charges determined by their country. Please keep this in mind when ordering if you are located outside of the UK. Please note items shipped to Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Channel Islands are now subject to customs and import charges along with the rest of the world. Please be patient with customs, we have no control over how quickly a parcel clears customs and delays can occur.
